I. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

IV. Order Changes & Cancellations
Order Modifications
Requests to change order details (such as delivery address, size, or quantity) must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be in processing or transit and changes can no longer be guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order will likely have entered the fulfilment process and cannot be cancelled. For urgent requests, please contact us as soon as possible.
V. Delivery Issues & Claims
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. To submit a claim, please include:

Clear photos of the outer packaging (for damaged items)

A photo of the packing slip (for missing items)

A short description of the issue
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review or compensation.
Packaging Damage
If the external packaging is damaged during transit but the product itself is intact and fully functional, the item is not eligible for a replacement or refund.
Tracking Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking information shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it:

Claims related to parcels marked as delivered must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery status update.
