Returns & Exchange Policy

At Wismouth Fashion, we strive to provide high-quality products and a fair, transparent returns process. All return requests are reviewed individually to ensure a reasonable and customer-focused outcome.

Return Period (30 Days)

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.


1. Submitting a Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email:

Please include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive detailed return instructions.


2. Return Address

Approved returns must be sent to our international processing facility:

3. Processing & Refunds

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, processing usually takes 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs (including international or express shipping) are non-refundable

  • Only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded


4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Be returned in their original, sealed packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or use

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.


5. Return Costs & Handling Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Tracked international return shipping typically starts from approximately €14.95, depending on the courier

  • A return handling fee may apply

If the handling fee cannot be paid upfront, a voucher may be issued and the handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Exchanges

We are happy to assist with exchanges.

Due to the cost and logistics involved in returning items to our warehouse in China, our customer service team may offer a direct replacement without requiring the item to be returned first. This approach reduces shipping emissions, packaging waste, and delivery times.

Replacement items are typically delivered within 12 days.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items purchased using discount codes or automatic promotions

  • Items marked as sale, clearance, or promotions exceeding 40% discount

  • Bundle orders, unless all items in the bundle are returned together

  • Orders that have not yet been physically received

Orders cannot be cancelled or returned while still in transit.

Even where refunds are excluded, an exchange may still be offered at our discretion.


8. Self-Service Returns Portal

Where available, customers may use our self-service returns portal by:

  • Entering the order number and postcode

  • Selecting a return reason and choosing refund or exchange

Once approved:

  • A payment link for return shipping will be provided

  • A return label will be sent by email

For international returns, prepaid labels are not available. Items must be shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Paid return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


9. Customs & Delays

If a return shipment is delayed due to customs procedures, incomplete documentation, or clearance issues, Wismouth Fashion cannot issue a refund or compensation until the item has been successfully received and processed.
